About OfficialDocuments.eu
We support people and organisations who must move official paperwork across EU borders or between the EU and third countries — especially where translation, legalisation, and digital filing rules overlap.
Our approach
We work in a professional, restrained tone: clear explanations, careful terminology, and explicit limits. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. We help you sequence practical steps — language pairs, certified copies, translator credentials, notarisation, Apostille, and EU multilingual tools — always subject to confirmation by the receiving authority.
EU-centred positioning
Europe’s single market still contains 27 distinct administrative traditions for documents. We deliberately avoid branding that suggests a single flag or national funnel, while keeping the Union framework (including eIDAS and selected EU regulations) in view when it helps clients understand cross-border acceptance.
What we do not promise
- We do not guarantee that any application, filing, or registration will succeed.
- We do not certify foreign law or interpret regulations for litigation.
- We do not replace notaries, lawyers, or government offices where those actors are mandatory.
